Introduction:

The half-day training, "E-Invoicing Practical: Hands On Skills – Autocount," is designed to provide participants with the practical tools and knowledge necessary to efficiently manage e-invoicing in their business operations. The course is structured into three detailed modules.

The first module gives a comprehensive overview of the essential aspects of e-invoicing, including transaction types, exemptions, implementation timelines, and the e-invoice workflow. This foundation ensures participants have a clear understanding of the different applications and practical use cases such as self-billed invoices, cross-border transactions, and e-commerce scenarios. By understanding these core concepts, participants can navigate the e-invoicing landscape with ease.

The second and third modules provide hands-on experience with the MyInvois Portal and Autocount Accounting System. In the second module, participants will be guided through the process of registering for the MyInvois Portal, linking their company accounts, adding intermediaries, and integrating ERP systems. The third module focuses on practical skills in the Autocount Accounting System, covering everything from debtor maintenance to setting up classification codes and submitting e-invoices in various scenarios. These modules emphasize real-world applications, helping participants master the full e-invoice submission process and reporting. Overall, the course simplifies complex procedures and ensures participants can meet e-invoice compliance requirements efficiently.
